Co-Chair
Diane Link graduated UConn in 1983 with a B.S. in Mathematics and Actuarial Science. She recently retired from a 35-year career in Association / Group Benefits Underwriting at The Hartford but is excited to continue her career in Group Benefits at MetLife. Diane has been married to Steve Link for 31 years and they live in West Hartford, CT with their two goldendoodles. Together they have two grown children: Taylor (29) and Thomas (25). Diane and Steve both firmly believe education is an integral component to a child’s success in life and they wish to help other children get a top-notch education in a nurturing environment. So when she was asked to join the board, Diane was truly excited to help Trinity. Diane has served on the Board of Trustees at Trinity Day Academy since May 2020. She is also on the Board of Trustees for The Hartford Chorale, a premiere symphonic chorus of 100+ members, appearing in performances across CT. She and her husband enjoy their CrossFit gym and competitive Dock Diving with their dog Shelby!

Jeffrey Strole
Development Chair
Jeff Strole has been a member of the Trinity Academy Board of Directors for 3 years and serves as the Chair of the Board's Development Committee. Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a law degree from Vanderbilt University. Following law school, Jeff practiced for 2 years in New York City and Stamford, CT before moving into the business world and joining Aspen Square Management in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Jeff retired in 2021 after 23 years with Aspen Square and currently splits his time between Wethersfield, CT and Narragansett, RI. He is married to Jo-Ellen and has 2 boys - Zack, 22 years old, a health insurance broker in Tampa, FL and Luke, 19 years old, a student at Bentley University in Waltham, MA.

Marc Panico
Mark’s career began as a Sales Associate with Cognitronics, a manufacturer of optical character and mark recognition equipment. He joined General Electric’s Plastics Division through their Sales Leadership program where he steadily progressed over 12 years through assignments in sales, marketing, and international global account management. In 1999 Mark joined Honeywell Corporation as Director of Marketing to lead new product development and was promoted to Vice President, Marketing for the $2.4 billion Automated Control Services Division in the first year. Mark’s scope included marketing, research and development, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2003 Mark became General Manager of a $200 million global business unit for Nalco Chemical based in the Netherlands with P&L responsibilities including product development, marketing strategy and global account sales and service. Mark then joined Legrand in 2004 as President of the Data Communications Division where he drove revenues and profit margins from $75 million and 3.8% to over $300 million and 20% respectively in a fifteen-year period through a combination of organic growth and 6 acquisitions. After 15 years of progressive accomplishments at Legrand, Mark became CEO of Stay Online, a portfolio company of Huron Capital’s Flex Equity Fund in 2019 and the company was sold in early 2021. Mark holds a B.S. Degree in Chemistry with minors in Economics and Marketing from Fairfield University and has completed the Mergers & Acquisitions Program at Kellogg School of Management. He is also Six Sigma certified.
Dave Stevenson
Dave Stevenson has been a member of the Trinity Academy Board of Directors since November 2020. Dave earned a BA in biology from Kenyon College, an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA Charterholder. Currently he is a Managing Director and Corporate Bond Research Analyst with Conning, an investment management firm in Hartford. Dave also heads Conning’s high yield strategy team. He lives in West Hartford with his wife Lisa, sharing a house with two obstinate, obese cats. Lisa and Dave have two children, both students. Harry is in college and Kate is in high school.

Jon Kelly
Jon Kelly serves on the Development and Governance Committees of the Trinity Academy Board of Directors. He graduated from Binghamton University, followed by St. John’s University School of Law. Jon is currently a partner in the Hartford office of the law firm Halloran Sage. He and his wife, Amy, met in New York City and lived there for 11 years. When their oldest son, Calvin, reached 2 years of age (he is now 11), they decided to move to West Hartford, where Jon grew up, to grow their family. They now have two more sons, Sebastian (8) and Hudson (6).
Judy Travers
Judy Travers is a new member of the Trinity Academy Board of Directors and is currently serving on the Board's Governance Committee. Judy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development & Family Relations/Human Resources from The University of Connecticut and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of New Haven. For almost 18 years, Judy has worked for Legrand, North America and is currently the VP, Human Resources for the Electrical Wiring System Division in West Hartford, CT. Judy and her husband, Deacon Paul Travers, live in West Hartford and have 2 sons - - James, a student at Merrimack College and Michael, a Hall High School Senior who plans to attend The University of Connecticut in September.
